By using Feels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Feels
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You may only maintain one account

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your profile content is accurate and appropriate

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for commercial purposes or spam
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Collect information about other users without consent

Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Feels a license to use, display, and distribute it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Play Store policies

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimers

Feels is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matches or outcomes from using the service. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
